Insurance Company was established on July 30, 1998, in Newburgh, Indiana
to provide insurance products and services to the non-standard automobile
market. The Company was founded with an emphasis on exceeding customer
and agent expectations in both coverage and convenience.
InsureMax has made a strong service commitment to both our agents
and our customers. We offer bilingual services across all departments.
Additionally, we offer several practical billing plans with a low down
payment and monthly installments. Our customers are also given the option
to enroll in our Automatic Payment Program (AutoPay), which is an easy
and convenient way to make insurance payments. Careful employee selection
criteria and intensive job training allows us to provide prompt and
accurate services and consistent claims and underwriting practices.
InsureMax continues to implement technology solutions to provide real-time
information to customers and agents. We maximize the potential of web
technology with online payment and application capabilities, online
endorsements, and an assortment of agent reports and forms. Our commitment
to developing efficient, user-friendly technology will allow us to maintain
superior service and profitability.
