Our new ALERTME program provides your clients with a text message two days before their due date. We include the due date, payment amount, and a link to make the payment directly from their web-enabled smartphone.
When a policy lapses, we can make a phone call, send an e-mail, or mail a We Miss You postcard to the policyholder as payment reminder.
Flexible billing plans are crucial for retention. If your clients need to change their billing plan, just give us a call. We can often adjust the payments and due dates to satisfy your insured!
